These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by HAVN Home Solutions (“HAVN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in a HAVN membership, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.


1. Services Overview

HAVN provides subscription-based home management and maintenance coordination services. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Home health checks and inspections

Maintenance planning and reminders

Vendor coordination and oversight

Minor repairs and handyman services (where applicable)

Access to preferred third-party service providers

HAVN is not a general contractor unless explicitly stated in writing. Many services are performed by independent third-party vendors.


2. Membership & Subscription Terms

Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 9.

Membership benefits vary by plan tier and are subject to reasonable use limits.

HAVN reserves the right to modify pricing or plan features with 30 days’ notice.


3. Scope & Limitations of Services

HAVN:

Coordinates, manages, and facilitates services

Does not guarantee outcomes, timelines, or pricing from third-party vendors

Does not perform licensed trade work unless explicitly stated

You acknowledge that:

Some services require homeowner approval before work begins

Emergency services may not be immediately available

Certain issues may fall outside the scope of your membership


4. Third-Party Vendors

Third-party service providers are independent contractors, not employees of HAVN.

HAVN is not responsible for acts, omissions, negligence, or warranties of third-party vendors.

Any disputes regarding workmanship or pricing must be resolved directly with the vendor.

HAVN may assist with communication but assumes no liability.


5. Home Access & Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize HAVN to:

Access your property for scheduled services (with notice)

Communicate with vendors on your behalf

Share relevant property information as necessary

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate property information

Ensuring safe access to the home

Securing pets, valuables, and sensitive areas


6. Payment & Billing

All fees are processed electronically via approved payment methods.

Failed payments may result in paused or terminated services.

Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.


7. Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel your membership with 30 days’ written notice.

HAVN may terminate service immediately for:

Non-payment

Abuse or unsafe conditions

Violation of these Terms

Upon termination, access to services ceases immediately.


8. No Guarantees

HAVN makes no guarantees regarding:

Cost savings

Property value increases

Vendor availability

Issue prevention

All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”


9. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied within the first 60 days, you may cancel without penalty (services rendered remain billable).

Refunds, if any, are issued at HAVN’s sole discretion.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

HAVN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

HAVN’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAVN from any claims arising out of:

Your use of services

Property conditions

Vendor disputes

Violation of these Terms


12. Insurance & Licensing

HAVN maintains general liability insurance where required.

Certain services may require licensed professionals; HAVN will disclose when applicable.


13. Changes to Terms

HAVN may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
